My choice of fabric

I went shopping on Tuesday for the background fabric, took DD with me.  I have also been through my stash and picked out the fabric.  Here is a pic of it all on my cutting table,  Some I will be using and some maybe not will decide as I go along.

The bottom three browns in the bottom of the picture are what I am using for the cupcakes and there toppings are just above them.   Today I am hopefully going to pick up some freezer paper so I can start.

I had a terrible migraine yesterday and decided NOT to cut anything out............LOL.

I love seeing the blocks posted.

What beautiful fabrics you've chosen!!
I know what you mean about not wanting to do much when you have a migraine ... I have suffered from them the last ten years on occasion, though the last few months I have had more than I would care to remember! Try to get lots of rest/sleep and keep up your fluids!! Hugs!

Bleech on the migraine! Good idea to not cut anything out though. That's when things can go really wrong! Your fabrics look really pretty!

Lovely fabrics Annette. I do hope your migraine is better now. They are not much fun and the last thing you want to do is 'think' about cutting/measuring! Happy Stitching, Susie

I hope you are feeling better...my husband has suffered from migraines since puberty but now they are beginning to be less as he ages....our grandson has had them and hopefully will outgrow them soon, he is 13 but hasn't started maturing..now his sister may be starting to have them also at 11...so sad to think about.
Your fabric looks great, I like the browns for the cupcakes.
