Miss Gracie had to try it out first though!!
Yep--she says--
It is finished, Mom, and you can show it!!!!
Mom--usually hand quilts her quilts--
but she got a new sewing machine and this one has some 'fancy' stitches on it!!!
so she 'cheated' and used one the quilt--
She really liked the way it came out, too!!!
she may just have to do this more often on some quilts and wall hangings!!!!!
So--now Chookyblue--you can move Mom right on up--
and you all can send dark chocolate to Mom to replenish the 'huge' stash she had to 'inhale' in order to this project!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for all the fun and for a beautiful finished quilt--
Happy stitching!!!!
Hugs, Di and Miss Gracie

love me :-)
Great job! Love the colors!
What a lovely quilt. The stitching looks great! And Gracie is gorgeous!
I quite often use my decorative stitches for quilting - for my TTS I am going to use a mix of a star and a bell in the border. (I wasn't in the SAL then so its OK that I am way behind).
Hey Di..........glad it's done......sorry about the excess amount of chocolate required to meet the deadline........lol......looks great.......thanks for being part of the SAL.......and yes now you can start pulling out fabrics for the next SAL.........
Miss Gracie you did a great job of quality control...it looks fantastic...well done!...
