My First Block is FINISHED!!!

Yippee.  My first block is finished and I am so happy with it.  What do you think?  Also, the inner and outer borders (I think) I am using are shown.  Should I add some of the inner and outer borders to the quilt blocks also?  I have the stitcheries traced for the next block and only 6 days left to complete it - won't happen - but at least I feel like I am in the game!

Thanks to everyone in this stitch-a-long for their comments, advice, support.  It is so much fun to be making this quilt together.

Hey Lori! Well done on finishing a block ... doesn't matter if you're a little behind right now, I'm sure you'll catch up and your block looks fabulous! Your fabrics are such pretty colours - your quilt sure is going to look like a garden fit for a Gardener's Journal gardener to be playing in! :0) And your border fabrics look great too. Bear Hugs! Yea!
I like the border fabric especially the one with the roses. I looked at fabric yesterday but haven't bought any yet.
I think the second block went faster than the first for me so you'll catch up fast.

Thanks everyone for your great comments! I appreciate all of your advice and support. It took me a long time to upload my photos also on that horrible dial up internet.
