Hi, girls! I'm back! Any busy months and no work on my SKoW. But I didn't forget it! Now I'm working on July's blocks...

July in August !

The 3 blocks were ready since a few days...

I needed some time to add the little squares of fabrics... I manage to make them today :

So July is done !!

3 more blocks to have a top finished !!!

July's blocks...just a little late

Just headed into the sewing room today and put together July's SKOW blocks. I had them stitched ages ago but hadn't added the little squares! Must get on and do the side border but might wait till the last 3 blocks are done! So close to finishing now.

February Finished....and July and August

I have had a very productive afternoon and evening yesterday on my SKOW quilt.  All the small patchwork panels are completed and the long panels completed as much as I can.  I can’t put off those pesky petals any longer.

So here is what I have to show.

February’s panels are now attached and the last column is completed with its sashings.

I just need to complete the stitching block and the tree with the pesky petals and insert them in their columns, which are otherwise finished.

When I was cutting my small coloured squares I came across a zip lock bag with some small “Scraps” in it.  A couple were big enough to cut a square out of, so I did.  I now realise they were the pieces for the little patchwork panels on the stitching block….Oops.  I’ll have to cut some more.

I now feel quite confident that I will be finished on time.

It's taken me a while and I don't know why?  

It's been such a great way to spend the start of my long weekend.

 I've also managed to keep up-to-date with my blocks

I have been stitching over the last few weeks and finally put the borders on July's Tis the Season blocks. Better late than never!

I made the last july block! Love thist little cute quilt! :) I'm thinking about the binding...

My last three blocks are all completed
The ONLY nice mice are STITCHED mice

I won't get to finish stitching them all together for a few weeks.
