Holiday's homeworks

Hi, girls! I went on holidays on August and I always bring with me some patchwork homeworks. This year I did the same but this is my first holidays with my little new-born, so the time was not the same as the past... :) I quilted Henrietta Whiskers and I made some Nature's Journey blocks. Very busy this autumn, but I will work every sunday to Nature's journey! In the meanwhile, so happy to see your progresses, I do love July and August blocks!!!! <3

Welcome Pepe!!!

We have a new recruit - so pop on over to visit Pepe and say hello.

Pepe emailed and said:

I'm Pepe from pepelovespatchwork,  I partecipate to three stitching along
and I couldn't partecipate to the last because I've had a baby and I was so busy!
But now I'm here if you want! I stitched the January stitch (published on my blog)
and today arrived to me the Natures journey so I'm on the way if you want me to join you!!!!!
 Love Annie Downs so much!!!

Her January stitchery is here.
I think Pepe has a bit of catching up to do, but if enthusiasm counts she is well on her way.

Sweet fabrics...

I finished January's project! Love these fabrics... soooo sweet!!! :)

Wednesday, January 2, 2013

Hi, girls!

Hi, girls! Here I am! I have a new blog and a new name: pepepatchwork (some problems with Picasa), a new invitation from Chooky for new projects and a new year! Yeah! I love changes...
I've not Red home book (I will, of course, it's so cute!), so for January project I choose Hatched and patched shoes bag...
I can't quilt because of my wounded finger (too quilting during Christmas holidays) and it hurt me so that I must do a stop for some days (I can't use thimbles on my thumb because I can't feel the needle coming...)...
So yesterday I begun my shoes-bag. I know, too similar the shoes fabrics and the background fabrics... but I love them sooooooo much! I think this marriage will be very sweet! :)
Goodbay, girls! I go to take an italian coffee with Nutella (nuts-chocolate), yuuuuum!!!!
Have a great year (I'm so happy to be with you for another year!!!!)

Pepe's Quilting progress..........

Posting for Pepe which technically it is still 2012 in Italy.......
She has also moved to a new blog see the links........... Chookyblue

Lentamente, ma anche Some Kind of wonderful procede.

Slowly, but Some Kind of wonderful proceeds. I finished the quilting of vertical frames, I rimontanto the quilt on the frame in the opposite direction and now I am going to Tufts horizontal intersections that divide the various blocks. Then only will the main frame, but that will do it without the frame. I predict another twenty hours of quilting ...
