I may have missed August but I made my item for September.

I'm sorry but I didn't make the bag for this month. I already have one and time won't allow me to make another as I'm off on holidays at the end of the month. Instead I started on Septembers project as I don't want another "P" beside my name.

June's Finish

Yes... I'm up to date... after finishing this pin cushion.
Like everyone else stitching away in this current SAL... it's always nice to get the months initial beside your name on the sidebar.

My MiSTaKe

Oooppsss..
I couldn't understand why I had a "P" beside my name on the sidebar... for MaY???
Then I realised that I didn't write a post showing the finished bag...
If I ask Chooky really nicely... do you think she would remove the "P"... and perhaps replace it with a "M" ???
Or maybe that should be a "S"... for Silly me .. or Stupid for forgetting...or just plain Sorry!
Anyway.. a little late... here is May's bag...

Just letting CHooKy know that I have stitched the embroidery for the May project... unfortunately I won't get to sew it together until June... ooppss... but it will be done then...

I actually finished it last week but forgot to put it up here on this blog...ooppssss...
I LoVe this hanger and as you can see I placed it in a vertical manner and I still have to get a small hanger for it... but it's DoNe!

I have made a start on April's commitment. It may only be by finishing one of the stitcheries... but as I said... it's a start...

Instead of squeezing in my item at the last minute... this month I've finished the "pin cushion" 6 days into the month... yeh... plenty of time!  WooHoo...

I always add buttons to any pin cushion I make because that's where I store a needle...FYI

It's still February... so I've fulfilled this month's commitment... WooHoo !
I made my "tote" in blue tones... with a dash of red...
The navy fabric has tiny "hearts" on it so I couldn't resist adding it.

As I'm away on holidays I can only do the hand stitching for this bag. I hope I'll be home in time to finish the bag in February...fingers crossed.
But this proves I'm trying Chooky...
