I always have such good intentions of working on my SAL piece at the beginning of the month but somehow it always ends up as a last minute panic.
My bag is done although it doesn't resemble the original pattern all that much since I made it bigger and used a different stitchery design.
I had a charm pack of La Petite Ecole by French General for Moda so I used that for the hexagons and added a FQ and a half yard of coordinating fabrics.
The stitchery design is by Kathy Schmitz
A panel with the alphabet was used for the inner pocket.
I'm inspired and love all of the beautiful bags on the blog so far.

Oh I have some of those fabrics.....love them.....you sure did make some changes but it looks great........still incorporating the hexies and stitchery into the project.............
