1st SAL.....Peg, Dale and I committed to stitching Anni Downs - A Gardener's Journal in March 2010. We have set the time frame as completed March 2011. I blogged about this on my blog thinking maybe one or 2 others may join us and lots of girls indicated an interest so I decided to start this blog where we can all encourage each other to meet the goals set along the way................
2nd SAL ......well so many of the girls wanted to continue on with another project and some new girls joined us and now approx 91 girls are stitching Natalie Bird's Tis the Season. March to Sept 2011
Where are we now.....3rd SAL....many girls want to stick with the SAL so now we have moved onto Anni Downs Some Kind of Wonderful - My Favourite Things Quilt.......Oct 2011-Oct 2012......Welcome.....Chookyblue........Not taking any new participants now sorry....

A daisy in the grass
I heart it! I will surely sew a daisy-baby quilt, beacuse this is the most beautiful block I never sewed! :)
I have tried to leave comments on blogger before and don't understand why my comments will not appear. Is it because I am on typepad? After reading some of chookyblue's tutorials I thought I'd try signing in as anonymous. Any help would be appreciated... I am wanting to join the SKOFW Stitch A Long. Do you just order the book, do the blocks in order and then post? My blog is berryredstitches.typepad.com
I have finally figured out the problem with sign ins. I was trying to sign in with open id not just by name.....der! Anyway, I am wondering if there is any room left on SKOW as I would love to join.
@Liane Ask to Chookyblue for a room... and yes, you can order your book on-line. Then we are making the blocks with the order That was posted by Chooky; on the side bar on the left you can find it. Little variations are allowed, and you can run a little bit if you want, but I think the sense of the stitching along is to respect the order, perhaps, I think... why post blocks in an order too different, otherwise? But ask it to Chooky, our leader! :)

Beautiful. It is a very pretty block, isn't it? I'm thinking it will be my next block. Cheers
It is a simple pretty block - I am not too sure its going to make it into my quilt though , , still thinking about it.
It is a lovely block. Enjoy
