Above is my October block, I think...
and below after it was sewn to the
other two....
Now see, I have my snowmen
butted up to each other and one is sideways?
I've taken all that out and am doing it correctly...
also had to piece my background after cutting it too small
I used a nativity because I believe..
and wanted to include the true reason for
Christmas.
And below is the Penny Rug I made for
my May project, right?
I made this as a gift
and it is already in its new home.
I have done the embroidery for
November and December
and plan to finish the applique
tomorrow.

Lovely to see your post come up Mama Bear - your Penny Rug is gorgeous - I am sure it is being loved in its new home :-) And your monthly blocks are looking great too - how good to see them joined up and starting to grow into a quilt!
Well done on your block... looking good. Lovely to personalise yours with some elements which are important to you... I love the penny rug.
It's exciting seeing blocks sewn together..... (even if yours if having a bit of a tweek)

Love that you have made it your very own. The penny rug candle mat looks great xx
It's a beautiful nativity. I always like silhouettes.
