I am Still Here!!!

Hi everyone . . . I thought I best get my act together and post at least what I have done otherwise you will think I have dropped off the planet! Life has been a little hectic lately as I am sure you all know too well.  I am up to date with blocks December, January and February except for last block, ie. the book.

I haven't been blogging at all - must prioritise my life!

Silly me didn't cut the extra squares etc. when I first commenced this wonderful journey, so have been cutting, cutting and cutting - finally finished!

I think I might invest in an Accuquilt Go after this cutting exercise - any reviews out there on the Accuquilt Go?

Anyhow, just touching base and I love seeing all of the finished blocks
on this blog they are all unique and special.

Until next time . . . enjoy whatever you are doing each day

we all need to work on things when we can - and apart from Miss Chookyblue or her deputy cracking the whip - thats how it has to be! Your blcoks are looking great and you do have a lot done. Keep up the good work - you'll catch us sooner or later.

I understand completely..blogging has taken a hit here as well...its Spring and I have places to go and things to do.....thanks for posting your progress...I don't cut out all the 1.5" squares either, just the strips, then cut more squares as needed when I do the patch work. Recently at RETREAT, I did patchwork strips for the 4th strip, thinking I was doing it for this March/April one....Oh well, it will be ready when I get there...Happy Days,

It was a bit of a cutting marathon with this quilt. It's definately not my favourite part either. I haven't used one but think a Go or Go baby would be very nice to have. Tracee xx
