I've just had the joy of browsing the blog and admiring everyone's work or either Gardener's Journal or Tis The Season and of course now Some Kind of Wonderful.
I'm still busy with work and now the Christmas rush so I'm saving all my stitching for after Christmas while I'm relaxing on Holidays :)
I've been admiring everyone's needleturn but noticed a few are still appliqueing with blanket stitch so that is what I'm going to go with too....
I love blanket stitch appliqueing and as I have time restraints through the year, i think this would be easier for me than learning a new technic.
Keep up the good work everyone and I look forward to catching up on my sewing soon.

Go Fiona - I too am way too behind, but am enjoying looking at everyone elses at the moment.

Hi - and its very definitely a "favourite things" quilt and if its not your favourite style - it doesnt belong here!!
It is a busy time of year...I've just been trying to finish up the first section...
