Hi I am Kerrie. I live near Griffith NSW. Married with 5 children, raising our 10year old granddaughter, trying to sew, knit, crochet, garden and generally lead a simpler life!! This is my first year being a part of Chooky's SAL - I have probably bitten off more than I can chew - but hey I HAVE started the January stitchery - that has to be good.....right????
I have already sewn the bag fabric to the stitchery - just going to be a little different to the usual Christmas colours - because I feel like being different. Some beads and some gold thread will also be added.
That's all - have a great day!! (I am a bit contrary today - operating on no sleep for the last 30 hours courtesy of one snoring husband and 2 barking dogs all night!!! Contrary is sliding into snappy and snarly at the moment!!!

Welcome and I think as a fellow newbie we're all feeling at little bit the same about biting off more than we can chew. The one thing I do like about the blog and the ladies who participate is how everyone encourages each other - well done for starting
Snoring husbands ...grrrr....Hopefully you are recovering from the snarly stage. After all we like to keep the blog a "happy place"...LOL
