My name is Satu and I'm a passionate stitcher from Finland.
I started to stitch A Gardener's Journal (Smell the Roses and Annual Garden Show) few years ago, but then I lost my control - typical for me - and later I have made them as greeting cards.
It might happen again, that I'll lose the track,
but I hope then YOU all will rescue me???
I have now stitched the stitcheries for block G and I'm waiting the fabrics.
I hope they will arrive in this week...
I decided to use mainly the fabrics from the Blackbird Design's Garden Party coll. When I saw this collection I thought that is a perfect line for my Gardener's Journal.
Well, perhaps fabrics will arrive today...
... my fingers are itching already...
... where is the postman...

oh we will keep you on track.........your stitcheries look great.......you could start on the next lot while waiting for those gorgeous garden party fabrics.......and I am sure as soon as they arrive you will have your block stitched together......

I have been away for 10 days. Therefore this late comment. The Garden Party fabrics are a perfect choise for your quilt. Go for it, but I can imagine how hard it is to wait to get started.
