This little pin cusion was so much fun to make. I love the stitching around the outside. I used 4 layers of batting inside and filled the bottom with Uncle Ben's rice for a bit of weight..
I think it could have used some more rice but it was difficult getting it this full as it was. Oh well...I love it! Happy Stitching Ladies, Holly

Very pretty - I think the rice is a good idea - most of my pincushions are full of rice - though this time I am going to try crushed walnut shells.
