I started with doing the shoe bags as I was too impatient to wait for my Red Home book to arrive....
I think the bags are gorgeous... I had some scraps of 'sewing' themed fabric and some large gingham in the cupboard.. and I'm very happy with how they have turned out.....
The Red Home book has now arrived so I will be doing thread catchers too... they look so lovely and I hear they are a bit addictive????

How beautiful and funky too! I love green...it is my favorite color...then purple! I like how you put the white background fabric behind the shoes, that really made them stand out! Ha...no pun intended!
