I'm not going to make it, I just have toooo many balls in the air at the moment but seeing all these lovely finished quilts has motivated me. :-) All my blocks are stitched & I will aim to get it all finished in October.

Oh. My. Gosh. You are going to make it! Well done Chookyblue!!! I am still working towards a September 32nd finish. So impressed with you though! (I have got a house full of children and grandchildren, so things are kind of busy here.)

Ooooh, I guess that means I need to hit the sewing machine today..I have to cut out my second border, sew it on, sandwich it and then quilt it...I don't think I'll make it but I want be too far behind...we had an arts and crafts event which I mentioned in my post...my club was responsible for getting judges, checking in entries, setting up all the entries, staying with the judges, doing all the ribbons, checking out the entries, and clean up besides planning and carrying out the event. But it is over now and I can move on to other things.....btw: My Gardener's Journal won First Place and will go to state competitions.
I love your red check border.
