I was excited to be cutting up my fabrics for borders
and bindings as I could see a finish in site....
Here they are all ready to go....
So I set about sewing the borders on......
Gave it a good iron and laid it out to photograph.....
Can you spot my problem!!!!!!!
Here it is....The Santa's boots outer border
just melts into the inner border....Argh!!!!!
So I now have a date with the dreaded unpicker.....
So do you know where this one is going?
That's right to the bottom of the list.....
Shhhh...Don't tell Chooky.....

I think it looks great - love the colours. But I see what you mean. I'd probably unpick it too! And yes, it'd be at the bottom of the list here too!!
well, I am very happy that you posted this.... As I think I would have ran into the same situation and now you have brought it to my attention I will have to do some reconfiguration.

Sometimes that is a problem with scrappy looks - or picking colours as you go. I would have to change it too - though some of my friends would say it adds character! Dont put it on the bottom of the pile - its not that much to undo it - maybe a friend would and then you can just get on with it!!
