Ok, my title doesn't relate to the night garden (for those of you with children and/or grandchildren you will probably know what I am talking about) but to where I am with my blocks! I didn't need the hurry on from Chooky blue as I was going to do this post tonight anyway - but its great to get that whip going Chooky!
I've also decided to do all my stitcheries first and the reason for that was, my wonderful 22 yr old sewing machine has just come back from its first service!! Yes!! 22 yrs without one....so now I can drag it out to do the borders. I also had some problems uploading photos but all sorted now.
Here is where I am at - all done, bit higgeldy piggeldy but I'm happy..........
I didn't realise there were 13 stitcheries........silly......so only traced 12 and put all my homespun and interfacing away so I don't have the 'spare' one like some of you intelligent crafters....
I think this one is my favourite.....
However I'm also partial to these....
What are everyone's favourites?
Happy Stitching everyone
Susie
1st SAL.....Peg, Dale and I committed to stitching Anni Downs - A Gardener's Journal in March. I blogged about this on my blog thinking maybe one or 2 others may join us and lots of girls indicated an interest so I decided to start this blog where we can all encourage each other to meet the goals set along the way....March 2010 -March 2011...........
2nd SAL ......well so many of the girls wanted to continue on with another project and some new girls joined us and now approx 91 girls are stitching Natalie Bird's Tis the Season. March to Sept 2011...............

5th SAL 2015..........inspired to continue we are doing another quilt project.....Anni Downs newest quilt Natures Journey.....
6th SAL 2017.............A Holly Cottage Christmas by Michelle Ridgway.......once again the pattern is in an affordable book so it is easy for everyone to join in...........and you can raid your stash for the fabrics........or lash out and buy a the whole lot........this SAL will be run by Fiona aka Bubz Rugz and Raewyn........
