September Progress Susan Oh 2 Sew

Phew!
The strips for the top bottom & sides...

Its times like this that I wish I had cut back my applique blocks when I stitched them...oh well - not too much to do to get the top done....

Great to see so many tops done and all the progress pics as well - keep on sewing ...not long to go . . . ..

I did the same Susan...waited until the end then said...oh no...they all need to be trimmed. I also left the cutting of the last two borders...darn...had to do that too. I'm on my last round tonight and then I'm all done...DONE! Yahoo! But its sad too...I will miss my little routine. I'm looking forward to seeing more completed. they all look great so far. Do we only have 2 finished? I thought I counted 5 or 6 already.

The borders look good Susan. I have finished my middle block so a post is due. I like you haven't cut my applique blocks, definitely a bad move. Hugs....

This is the worst part done - comes together a little more quickly now - I think there are 9 or 10 finished. Each one is very different to the next and so many lovely colour combinations!!

I agree, Susan, as I still have to do that, ugh, not my favorite part...but I will keep on, keeping on and will win the race like the tortoise, one step at a time.
