I am so excited to again be involved with the SAL, it is such an inspiring group with so many talented stitchers. Thankyou again Chookyblue for organising another year. I have enjoyed all the projects so far so much, I promise to stay on track this year .....
Tonight (yes cutting the deadline too closely) I have managed to complete the Thread Catcher. Wow, how cute and easy. I have to make some more, they will look great in my studio scattered around my machines. I think I also need one for travelling, I love to stitch while we are driving on holidays. It was so hard to know what fabric to use, I have used my favourite red spot fabric and a scrap from my stash. My girls want one for their bedrooms, I think I am going to be busy.
I am wanting to make the Shoe Bag, here is my fabric and I didn’t make the deadline (it is now 10.30pm WA time, I’m pooped). I am still going to make it as I like it so much.
Happy stitching and I am tracing the stitchery for the next project tomorrow.
Hugs Meg
