Things have gone rather quiet here at the shop, so while I wait for the odd quilting tourist to pop in I figured I may as well get on with my SAL. The chocolate box I altered a wee bit, just so that there were more chocolate varieties and the daisy, well... that's just as it was in the book.
Oh well, now they are done I had better toodle off and find one of my many UFO's to keep me busy. I hope you are having chance for some 'down time' too.
hugs

down time is near impossible at this time of the year......end of school things, christmas parties.........organising all the christmas presents........fun but busy although I do have a few days home in a row due to some rain.........nice........lovely blocks......hope you get busy..........
Wow - working in a patchwork shop and spare time for sewing - could you ask for more?? - probably more cutomers?? Lovely work. Chooky - pleased to haer you have some rain!
I agree on having a variety in the chocolates. I love white chocolate and will certainly be including some in my favourite things quilt block.
Lovely!
I like the individualism of our blocks. I plan to do my chocolates as a Hershey Bar and include a bear somewhere on this quilt...its My Favorite Things....after all...
Mama Bear
LOL, I love the idea of including a bear somewhere and a Hershey Bar. Again, it's that individual thing that makes them all so interesting.
By the way, yes my blocks do look too big and they are, I cut them all to size when I begin to piece and am 'in the accuracy zone'.
Merry Christmas to all my fellow SALers
hugs, Miche'le
