This bear replaces the shoe block
sorry this last photo is a little blurry....the tag reads Smokey.
I'm not sure I want to do the chair block so I'm thinking of other alternatives.

June 30 Update
I was all set to say: Here is my June blocks, I'm up to date with 12 hours to spare......then.....I checked the monthly chart and see that I was supposed to do the sashing between this strip and the next one...oh well......I have a few corrections to make on the sashing from last month so I'll just do it then....presently, I'm on my "Bird" embroidery for July...I've done the "pressie" and the butterfly and they are ready to applique......

Looks great Mama Bear...thanks so much for calling in to see my Block G of GJ...This quilt is an absolute joy to do...I am loving it!
I was trying to think of something else for the chair and shoes-- definitely not a shoe person (my flat feet don't allow fancy shoes). The bear has given me ideas--- Thanks . And Florence, I was thinking of an apron for the chair block ("Cooking for the Family").
Those sashing strips are a nuisance arent they - still its less to do at the end. Cute puddy cat!
coming along well.........yes need to do a little bit of sashing along with the blocks.........onto the last row now.......all in the nick of time.........
