I've been working on the SKOW quilt on and off since I last posted about it. I managed to get all the applique/stitchery blocks for the first row done.
Here's a closer look at the first block... "patty cakes"...
The second block... "singing in the rain"...
The third block... "cup of tea"...
The fourth block... "old blue jeans"...
And the fifth and final block for this row... "holidays"...
My suitcase lists the USA where I live and all the places I hope to visit some day. These blocks have been very fun to work on. :) I'm really excited about this quilt. I actually have a lot more done but I'll wait to show you later. My plan right now is to get caught up on the stitching first then I'll add the blocks and rows.
Until next time...

Wow! Where are my sunglasses? LOVE the bright lively colours.
I think you have outdone Susan's colour choices for brightness.
