Better late than never!!! LOL

I finally recieved my pattern on March 31st.  I stitched as fast as I could and here they are...

Not too happy with this striped inner border fabric...I thought it would be more cany cane-ish...but I see I should have at least cut it on the bias...I think it is too light and does not frame the stitched piece....I may have to replace it.....hummm....what do you think?

On to my April blocks now!  Happy Stitching to you all!

The are pretty. The cane is a bit light but I think it is fine.

I would wait until your do some more light blocks and see what it looks like...........then decide..........well done on the quick stitching...........now you can move onto April.........

You are fast! I think the light one looks okay. Chookyblue's suggestion to wait and see it with the others is a good one I think.

Wow, that was some seriously fast stitching. Great job!! :-)

Chooky gave you some great advice, and I would definitely be trying that before unpicking it. You can always fix it later if you are still unhappy with it.

That was quick work. I've found if I'm unhappy with something, it just bugs me until I change it. Mind you, you have the luxury of waiting to see how it pans out with the other blocks. Lovely work.
